A fun and creative Easter craft workshop for kids where young artists will design and decorate their own Easter basket to take home just in time for Easter.
Join us for this special Saturday art class at Artz Academy where children can explore colour, creativity and hands-on craft while making a beautiful Easter basket perfect for egg hunts or Easter gifts.
This workshop is designed to be fun, engaging and beginner friendly, giving kids the chance to enjoy creativity while learning simple craft techniques.
All materials are provided and our friendly instructor will guide children step-by-step as they build and decorate their basket using colourful craft materials.
🎨 What Kids Will Create
During this workshop children will:
• Make their own Easter basket from craft materials
• Decorate their basket with colours, textures and Easter themes
• Explore creative design ideas
• Develop fine motor skills through hands-on crafting
• Take home their finished Easter basket – with Chocolate Eggs! Ready for Easter
🧺 Materials Included
All materials are provided, including:
• Basket base materials (Recycled Paper, Card & Ribbons)
• Colourful craft decorations
• Ribbons, textures and embellishments
• Step-by-step guidance from our art teacher (includes Chocolate eggs!)
Children will take home their completed Easter basket creation.

No experience needed — just bring imagination and creativity.
Children under 14 years must be accompanied by an adult (adult attends free, please register though so we have a clear head count).

Our classes are welcoming, beginner friendly and designed to encourage creativity and confidence in young artists.
Our facilitators are certified for Working with Children, our art teacher is Registered with Queensland College of Teachers, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, with more than 18 years of industry experience, and teaching experience.
